Regenerative Converter Unit
The D1000 regenerative converter unit complements Yaskawa’s product range with a low-harmonic active front-end solution. It is suitable for both standalone regenerative drive systems and AC drive, servo axis, or robotic applications. Instead of dissipating braking energy as heat, it feeds it back to the power grid.
Excess braking energy is reused by other loads on the same power network, boosting energy efficiency. The system supports 100% duty cycle for full braking power, reducing machine cycle time and improving productivity.
Delivered as a complete, single-part-number package, D1000 simplifies procurement and guarantees full component compatibility.

Regenerative Unit
